So, ......it's been awhile. At least, too long for my Dad's liking. (Which i gather for my Dda (and the "Retirement" community at large) like eons. I am just finishing a beautiful piece of Ahi Tuna. We took a beating of tables in here tonight. Yes, I am at work. Just thought I'd make that perfectly clear. Tomorow is our Staff Party. I am having a Pre-party get-together for the ladies at my place. It will be Margaritas and Chit-chat. This week my plans are simple. Last week, not so much. I had the huge International Wine Festival to attend, both days, Thursday and Friday. So, clearly those days were purely devoted to that. I also met with the CEO of St. Supery wines from Calif. I managed two extra days last week. Busy one. So, as I said, this week is going to be devoted to simplicity. I am going to party on Monday, Sleep on Tuesday, work both Wednesday and Thursday, and enjoy my Fat Friday. Oh, and can't miss the LAST episode of Sex and the City on Friday night. CANNOT MISS THAT. So, Mom, i'll call you sometime this week!!!
